I'm trying to make sense of this ECG report. It's got me a bit worried. The vent rate is 64 BPM, PR interval is at 232 ms, Qrs duration reads 114 ms, and the QtQtc interval shows 407423. Should I be concerned about any of these numbers? Are there any changes I should be considering?

I'm really worried because it feels like my heart is sinking or pausing, and I feel dizzy and confused, almost like I can't fully understand whats happening around me. I can hear and see things, but they dont make sense. My back and chest hurt too. I've had an echo and an MRI on my brain, and they both came back normal, and my bloodwork is fine as well. I'm really worried about my 67-year-old dad. He had an angioplasty just five days ago and now he's running a fever.
