I'm struggling with a lot of phlegm in my throat every morning. I have asthma, so sometimes I get short of breath. I've been using nebulisation which helps, but it's not solving the phlegm issue. I've tried making myself vomit to clear my throat, but then I end up with an infection in my esophagus, and I feel like there's still something stuck in my throat after eating. It's making it really hard to eat properly. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do about it?

View allI'm really concerned about this - can pulmonary TB come back after you've been treated successfully and your sputum test from a bronchoscopy is negative? Also, is it normal to sometimes feel a bit of pain in the lungs while breathing if you recovered from TB and finished the treatment just last year?
Yes ,it can re-occur. Symtoms are normal.

I'm having some trouble with my breathing that's been going on for about 10-12 days. I'm constantly feeling the need to take deep breaths, yet exercising like jogging or using stairs doesnt seem to be a problem. It's odd because I'm yawning a lot during the day, and it seems to get worse at night. I'm really puzzled and a bit worried about what might be causing this. Could you help me understand what's going on?
ENT opinion is advised to the patient.

I've been having a tough time with wheezing, chest congestion, and breathing issues whenever the weather changes or I'm around dust. I'm allergic to dust and pollution, and it's really becoming a problem. Sometimes, I have to rely on my inhaler, but I'm trying to find a way to live a healthier life without having to use it so much. Any advice on how I can manage this better and reduce my inhaler use?
Good decision
