I'm struggling with a lot of phlegm in my throat every morning. I have asthma, so sometimes I get short of breath. I've been using nebulisation which helps, but it's not solving the phlegm issue. I've tried making myself vomit to clear my throat, but then I end up with an infection in my esophagus, and I feel like there's still something stuck in my throat after eating. It's making it really hard to eat properly. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do about it?

View allI'm really concerned about my oxygen levels since I've tested positive for COVID-19. As of May 2nd, my oxygen level is at 92. The PCR results showed I'm COVID-19 positive with an E gene Ct value of 23 and an RdRp gene Ct value of 21. What do these Ct values mean? Should I be worried about the oxygen level too? Is there anything specific I need to do or look out for?

I'm currently on medication for TB with lymph node involvement, taking anti-TB drugs along with Benadon. I'm really curious about why I'm on Benadon specifically. Could you shed some light on this?
That happens with TB infection, lymphnadenitis is due to reactive lymphnodes.

I'm really worried about my mom. She had COVID and her HRCT score was 825. She took azithromycin, ivermectin, and multivitamin like Limcee for five days, and now she's feeling okay, but she's still testing positive. Does she need any more treatment for her lungs? Do we need to do anything else?
the treatment given above is enough . ask her to do spirometry exercises
