I'm struggling with a lot of phlegm in my throat every morning. I have asthma, so sometimes I get short of breath. I've been using nebulisation which helps, but it's not solving the phlegm issue. I've tried making myself vomit to clear my throat, but then I end up with an infection in my esophagus, and I feel like there's still something stuck in my throat after eating. It's making it really hard to eat properly. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do about it?

View allI'm checking my oxymeter, and it's showing a reading of 97. I'm a bit worried though because I read somewhere that oxymeters also pick up carboxyhemoglobin, so the real oxygen level might actually be below 90, maybe even 80. I've been feeling restless and anxious about this. I have some breathing issues, like I get tired when just eating or talking. Plus, when I wake up, I can really feel the air passing through my nose and throat, but my throat feels swollen. I'm on an Ayurvedic treatment for acidity for the past two months since I tried allopathy for one and a half months before, but it didn't work, and the issue keeps coming back. I also experience body pain and weakness. I had a chest X-ray, CBC, sugar test, abdomen sonography, and kidney function test about 15-20 days ago, and everything was normal. So, is it alright to rely on the oxymeter reading in my situation?

I'm wondering if there are any side effects I should watch out for after having a CT pulmonary angiogram a month ago? Also, can a pulmonary embolism develop sometime after the procedure? I've been having chest pain around the area under both my armpits, and it's got me a bit worried. Could this be related?

My mom's been on TB treatment since May 12, 2020, and I'm worried because she's not gaining weight. She's only at 31.80 kg right now, but she used to be around 39 to 40 kg before she got sick. It's been over a year since she started her treatment, so I'm wondering why her weight hasnt gone back up.
