I'm struggling with a dry cough and sneezing for over a week now. I've tried different medicines and home remedies, but nothing seems to help. What should I do about it?

I've been feeling really tired and weak after doing any kind of work, and it's been worrying me. A couple of weeks ago, I had a constant low-grade fever and sore throat that lasted for 15 days. My doctor recommended a WIDAL test, and it came back positive. But for the last three days, I havent had a fever or sore throat. Im currently taking Crocin and Doxcefo as prescribed. I'm confused about whether I'm actually dealing with typhoid, because my symptoms seem to have disappeared except for this lingering weakness. Could it be something else, or is this typical of typhoid recovery?
