I'm really worried because I've had a stomach ache and an upset stomach for the past two days. I feel nauseous all the time and can't seem to get any sleep. On top of that, I've got a bad cough and cold. Could you give me some advice on what might be going on and what I should do?

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. It sounds like you might be dealing with a stomach issue and a cold at the same time, which can make everything worse. If the symptoms persist, it might be a good idea to consult a doctor to get proper treatment and find some relief.
