I'm really worried because I've been dealing with this acid reflux ever since I quit smoking about a month ago. Its become quite uncomfortable, and sometimes I even have trouble breathing, which gets worse when I try to exercise. Im not sure if there's any medication I could take to ease these symptoms, or if it's important that I visit a hospital right now. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I'm dealing with some gastric issues and have been taking sompraz 40mg as prescribed. I'm wondering if it's okay to also use an ayurvedic powder for this problem. Could you advise if this combination would be beneficial for me?

Take 1 teaspoon of Avipattikar Churna with water twice a day after meals. This combination can help in managing your gastric problem effectively."

I've been dealing with this issue for the past month where I'm coughing up this jelly-like mucus. It's really sticky and gets stuck in my throat, so I'm always trying to clear it out. I think it might be related to some gastric problems, but my lungs seem okay since I can run and walk without any problems. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what might be going on? I've got some pictures of the mucus that I can show.

It sounds like you might be experiencing post-nasal drip or mucus production related to gastric reflux. While your lungs seem unaffected, I recommend consulting with a healthcare provider to check for conditions like acid reflux or sinus issues. In the meantime, staying hydrated and avoiding triggers like spicy foods may help.
