I'm really worried because I tested IGG positive in July and had an unknown fever in June. Now I'm experiencing a burning sensation in my chest and stomach, and sometimes it's a bit hard to breathe. I also feel dizzy all day and can't seem to have a restful night's sleep. I read somewhere that people could have lung issues after having COVID. Can you please advise on what might be going on?

I'm still dealing with a mild cough even after finishing 5 months of ATT treatment, and I've gained 7kg with a general sense of well-being. But I'm a bit concerned because my mediastinal lymph node is still somewhat enlarged and the cough hasn't gone away. I'm a bit worried because I had COVID about three weeks ago, and my doctor suggested spirometry exercises for my lungs. But I've noticed that when I do spirometry for about 2 minutes, my SpO2 levels drop to like 92, 93, or 94. If I wait for 5 minutes after that, it goes back up to around 98 or 99. I also tried a 6-minute walk, and my SpO2 seems to stay around 96 to 98 during that. Is it normal for spirometry exercises to drop my SpO2 so much? Just for reference, my chest CT score was 12.

I've recently had a punctured and collapsed lung from a stab wound, and it's only been a week since I was discharged from the hospital. I know I shouldn't smoke since it might collapse my lung again or cause breathing issues. But I've noticed I'm coughing up a bit of blood lately. I started vaping as an alternative and am wondering if that's causing the blood in my cough. Could vaping be the reason, or is this something else I should be worried about?
