I'm really worried because I tested IGG positive in July and had an unknown fever in June. Now I'm experiencing a burning sensation in my chest and stomach, and sometimes it's a bit hard to breathe. I also feel dizzy all day and can't seem to have a restful night's sleep. I read somewhere that people could have lung issues after having COVID. Can you please advise on what might be going on?

View allI've been feeling really unwell since I accidentally inhaled carbon monoxide from the stove while taking steam. I didnt realize that breathing in those fumes could be harmful, so I kept doing it three times a day for about two months. Now Im having symptoms like nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, and an itchy throat. I'm worried about whether this could lead to any lung diseases or even cancer. Could you please let me know if these symptoms are related and if I should be concerned about any serious health issues?
do a chest xray
