I'm really worried because I tested IGG positive in July and had an unknown fever in June. Now I'm experiencing a burning sensation in my chest and stomach, and sometimes it's a bit hard to breathe. I also feel dizzy all day and can't seem to have a restful night's sleep. I read somewhere that people could have lung issues after having COVID. Can you please advise on what might be going on?

Lately, every time I take a deep breath, I end up coughing and wheezing, which is really concerning me. Plus, Ive been getting headaches and feeling super tired all the time, no matter how much sleep I get. My other bones are starting to feel weak and ache a lot too. Do you think I should see a doctor for these symptoms? What could be causing all of this?
