I'm really worried because I tested IGG positive in July and had an unknown fever in June. Now I'm experiencing a burning sensation in my chest and stomach, and sometimes it's a bit hard to breathe. I also feel dizzy all day and can't seem to have a restful night's sleep. I read somewhere that people could have lung issues after having COVID. Can you please advise on what might be going on?

View allI'm wondering if it's common for someone with TB on medication to have trouble breathing, feel chest tightness, or experience restlessness at times. I've also been diagnosed with LRTI and had a tuberculous pleural effusion that was drained. The doctors mentioned something about possibly having sarcoidosis too, and I'm a bit worried. Is this something that can happen?
yes

I'm really worried about this sharp, razor blade feeling Ive been having in my lungs, especially when I cough. Its a constant pain, but at the same time, it feels inconstant, if that makes sense. And on top of that, I've been running a high fever. I haven't consulted a doctor yet, but should I be urgently concerned about these symptoms? What could be causing them?
Ecg,x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient.

What is the actual test to determine if I have asthma? I've done a spirometry test, and it was normal. I also completed a six-minute walking test, and my oxygen saturation was 98%. Can you help me understand if these results rule out asthma or if there are other tests I should consider?
you have to do pulmonary function test to confirm asthma
