I'm really worried because I tested IGG positive in July and had an unknown fever in June. Now I'm experiencing a burning sensation in my chest and stomach, and sometimes it's a bit hard to breathe. I also feel dizzy all day and can't seem to have a restful night's sleep. I read somewhere that people could have lung issues after having COVID. Can you please advise on what might be going on?

The doctor mentioned that this doesn't align with the Gulf medical council's rules, but also said I don't have any health issues from it. Is there any way to get rid of the scar with medication? I'm really hoping it wont affect my chances. Any advice?
A chest scar seen on an X-ray is usually due to a past infection, like tuberculosis, and cannot be removed with medicine as it is permanent lung tissue damage. However, you can consult a pulmonologist for a second opinion or additional tests to rule out active issues.

I'm a bit worried because I had COVID about three weeks ago, and my doctor suggested spirometry exercises for my lungs. But I've noticed that when I do spirometry for about 2 minutes, my SpO2 levels drop to like 92, 93, or 94. If I wait for 5 minutes after that, it goes back up to around 98 or 99. I also tried a 6-minute walk, and my SpO2 seems to stay around 96 to 98 during that. Is it normal for spirometry exercises to drop my SpO2 so much? Just for reference, my chest CT score was 12.

I'm a bit worried because I had a chest infection and hemoptysis back in 2016, but antibiotics worked then. In April 2017, I experienced more hemoptysis, and the culture showed MTB for Pulmonary ATB, which I completed 9 months of medication for. Since then, I've sometimes had blood in my cough which the doctor said is from a scar. But today, I sneezed and there was blood again. My doctor advised taking Pause 500 in these situations. Is it normal to have blood in my cough after TB or could this be a new infection?
