I'm really worried because I noticed something odd with the SpO2 levels after running. Normally, it's between 93 and 99, but right after running, it dropped to 80 before quickly going back to 88, and then 90. This person isnt very active normally. Should I be concerned about this sudden change?

View allI'm having a really tough time with chest congestion, breathing issues, and a persistent cough, especially with the change in seasons. I also have allergies to dust. I've been using anti-allergy tablets regularly along with an inhalerEsiflow and Duolin. My local doctor thinks it might be bronchial asthma or COPD. I'm just desperate for a solution that can give me a better quality of life. Could you provide some guidance on what I should do next?

Is it okay if I take my TB medicine in the evening even though it's supposed to be taken at night? I haven't skipped a dose, it's just the timing that's different. Let me know if that's a problem.
Continue same treatment.
