I'm really worried because he takes a lot of meds. In the morning, he's on Korandil 5, Ranozex, Deplate 75, Calpaol T, Metacard XL50, Solotrate SR 60. In the evening, he takes Orvas 10, Nexpro RD 40, Cobadex, Calpaol T, Korandil 5, and Ranozex. Lately, he's been experiencing low blood pressure. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

I'm really worried because I had Covid back in November 2020 and even though I got better with home quarantine, I've been having these palpitations. I was on Prolomet XL 12.5 for three months, but it was stopped and I don't have any other health issues. My weight is 85 kg and I'm 5 ft 7 in. My mom's blood pressure is high, around 180100, and we went to see two different doctors. One gave her cilacar 10, and the other suggested telmipil am 405. I'm really confused about which one she should take. Any thoughts on which might be more effective or better for her condition?
