I'm really worried because after ejaculation, I feel incredibly weak. It's like all my energy is drained, and sometimes my left hand or foot gets really shaky or weak. I often get headaches and everything seems blurry. I've noticed this issue even though I don't have sex, and the idea of having sex makes me feel like it would be way worse. I'm genuinely scared about this, especially since I'm not married yet and it makes me scared of relationships. I've stopped masturbating because I'm terrified, and it's starting to affect my work too. There's this constant feeling that I'm losing my core strength or life force with each ejaculation, and it feels like I'm heading towards a collapse or even death. I've been to doctors and had MRI, brain tests, and all basic checks done, and they say everything's normal, but I still feel really weak. Do you have any idea what's going on or any advice on what I could do?

the very basic your need to understand that masturbation is only food for pleasure and stress relief. Apart from that there is no advantage of that. And yea there are side effects of that if you practice it daily like the way you ate feeling now. Just to assure you everyone would feel the same after the process. It should not be practiced not.more than 5 Times a week. This whole thing is letting you down because you're letting it take on you. This is just a part of life which you're thinking it as threat to life nope it isn't that way. And the investigations would be definitely normal because there is nothing to find except the only thought you have in your mind. Take it off and go in with system you'll definitely get relief.

View allI'm a bit worried because I tried taking a Manforce 100 mg tablet about 30 minutes before having sex with my girlfriend, but it didn't seem to help me stay longer, and I ended up with a headache after half an hour. Can you tell me the right way to use Manforce 100 mg before sex and how long it's meant to keep you going? I'm also curious about the differences between the 50 mg and 100 mg doses. I'm 23 years old, by the way. Should I stick with the 100 mg?
Manforce (sildenafil) 100 mg should be taken on an empty stomach with water about 1 hour before sex for best results, as it needs time to work. Its effect lasts 46 hours but doesn't directly control duration. If 100 mg causes headaches, try 50 mg instead. Consult a doctor to confirm the dose suitable for you.

I'm really wondering about what to do next. I was using Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP 0.5 for phimosis for the last couple of months while I was in America. Now that I'm in India, I'm finding it hard to find the exact same thing. I've heard about Betnovate and Diprovate G as possible alternatives. Could one of these be a good replacement, or is there something else I should consider? I'm honestly a bit concerned about switching and just want to make sure I'm continuing with the right treatment.
For phimosis, you can consider Betnovate (Betamethasone) or Diprovate-G (Betamethasone with Gentamicin). Both are effective, but Diprovate-G may help if there's an infection component due to the presence of Gentamicin. However, I recommend consulting your doctor to ensure the right choice based on your specific condition.

I'm really worried because I've had a swollen foreskin for the past three days. What could be causing this, and how can I treat it? It's been pretty uncomfortable, and I'm not sure if it's something serious. Could this be an infection or something else?
