I'm really worried because after ejaculation, I feel incredibly weak. It's like all my energy is drained, and sometimes my left hand or foot gets really shaky or weak. I often get headaches and everything seems blurry. I've noticed this issue even though I don't have sex, and the idea of having sex makes me feel like it would be way worse. I'm genuinely scared about this, especially since I'm not married yet and it makes me scared of relationships. I've stopped masturbating because I'm terrified, and it's starting to affect my work too. There's this constant feeling that I'm losing my core strength or life force with each ejaculation, and it feels like I'm heading towards a collapse or even death. I've been to doctors and had MRI, brain tests, and all basic checks done, and they say everything's normal, but I still feel really weak. Do you have any idea what's going on or any advice on what I could do?

the very basic your need to understand that masturbation is only food for pleasure and stress relief. Apart from that there is no advantage of that. And yea there are side effects of that if you practice it daily like the way you ate feeling now. Just to assure you everyone would feel the same after the process. It should not be practiced not.more than 5 Times a week. This whole thing is letting you down because you're letting it take on you. This is just a part of life which you're thinking it as threat to life nope it isn't that way. And the investigations would be definitely normal because there is nothing to find except the only thought you have in your mind. Take it off and go in with system you'll definitely get relief.

View allI've got a small cut on my foreskin that bled when it first happened and was painful. It doesn't bleed anymore, but sometimes I still feel pain, and it hasn't healed yet. What's going on, and should I be worried about this?
It sounds like you may have a small cut on your foreskin that is taking some time to heal. To help with the healing process and reduce pain, you can apply an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin or Polysporin on the cut twice a day. Additionally, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever like Tylenol to help with the pain. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and try to avoid any activities that may irritate the cut further. If the cut does not show signs of improvement or if the pain persists, it would be best to consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and treatment.

I've been having this issue where every time I shake my penis, it gets this bulge on it. It's really odd because after about 8 hours, it seems to go back to its normal shape. This has been worrying me, and I'm not sure what to do. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
The bulge on your penis after shaking it, which resolves on its own within 8 hours, might be due to a condition called Peyronie's disease or trauma-induced swelling; apply ice packs, avoid vigorous shaking, and consult a urologist for proper evaluation and guidance to prevent potential long-term damag

I'm having some trouble with my sex life and could really use some advice. Anytime I'm getting close to intercourse, my penis seems to bend and just doesn't stay firm enough to actually penetrate, even though it's fine and hard during foreplay and when I'm being intimate in other ways. I even tried taking Viagra sildenafil 100mg, but it didn't work for me. It's frustrating because I feel aroused, but once we try to actually have sex, it's like my body doesn't cooperate. Do you have any suggestions or solutions for this?
It sounds like you're experiencing **performance anxiety or situational erectile dysfunction**, where stress or pressure during penetration affects firmness. Since sildenafil didnt help fully, consider speaking with a doctor about potential physical or psychological factors. Techniques like relaxation exercises, improving intimacy, or counseling could also help.
