I'm really worried after what happened last night I was nearly drowning in a deep pool without realizing it until I almost ran out of breath. I managed to get out with some help, but I swallowed a lot of the pool water. Initially, I was gasping for air but felt okay after about 20-30 minutes. The problem is now I'm shivering, my left arm is aching, and it seems like I'm taking fewer breaths than usual. I'm feeling super tired and looking pale too. Is this something serious, or is it a normal reaction?

View allWhat would happen if someone took 10 Dolo 650mg tablets all at once? Is it really dangerous enough to cause death, and what other side effects should I be worried about?
Taking 10 Dolo 650 mg tablets (total 6,500 mg of paracetamol) at once is very dangerous and potentially life-threatening. Here's what happens: šØ Why It's Dangerous: Liver Toxicity: Paracetamol in high doses overwhelms the liver, leading to acute liver failure. Fatal Dose: A single dose above 7,000ā10,000 mg can be lethal, especially without treatment. ā ļø Symptoms to Watch For: First 24 hours: Nausea, vomiting Sweating, general discomfort Pale skin 24ā72 hours: Liver damage signs begin: right upper belly pain, dark urine, yellowing skin (jaundice) 72ā96 hours: Peak liver failure: confusion, bleeding, low blood sugar, coma or death š What to Do: Immediate ER visit is critical. Activated charcoal may be given early. Antidote: N-acetylcysteine (NAC), most effective within 8 hours of overdose. Bottom line: Yes, taking 10 tablets is potentially deadly. Immediate medical attention can save life and liver. Never delay if overdose is suspected.

I've just taken about 100 ml of cough syrup, which means I've had 300 mg of dextromethorphan and 4000 mg of Guaifenesin. Is that dose okay, or should I be worried about any side effects or risks with that amount?
SOME DRYNESS OF MOUTH, DIZZINESS , SLEEPY SO TAKE REST, NOTHING ELSE. REST WILL SOLVE ALL PROBLEM.

What could cause someone to pass away if they were laying on their side in the recovery position with blood that had come from their mouth and coagulated on the floor, and had a greyish skin color with a deep purple bruise on their forehead or cheek? I noticed they were told to start compressions until the ambulance arrived, but when I tried to roll them, they barely moved. I'm really concerned, and I'm trying to understand what might have happened.
Based on the description, possible causes of death could include cardiac arrest, asphyxiation, or a severe head injury, potentially caused by a fall or blunt trauma, which may have resulted in the observed bruise and stiffness in the body; other potential causes could include a pulmonary embolism, stroke, or an aneurysm, but a thorough investigation, including an autopsy and toxicology report, would be necessary to determine the exact cause of death.
