I'm really worried after what happened last night I was nearly drowning in a deep pool without realizing it until I almost ran out of breath. I managed to get out with some help, but I swallowed a lot of the pool water. Initially, I was gasping for air but felt okay after about 20-30 minutes. The problem is now I'm shivering, my left arm is aching, and it seems like I'm taking fewer breaths than usual. I'm feeling super tired and looking pale too. Is this something serious, or is it a normal reaction?

View allI just swallowed some chicken bones by accident. It's late at night, and I don't have any bread around. I've tried eating a lot, but I've ended up vomiting five times, and it hasn't helped at all. What should I do? Is it okay to just sleep and see how I feel in the morning, or is there something I should do right now?
It's important not to wait until tomorrow. If you're still feeling discomfort after vomiting, try drinking water or warm liquids to help move the bone along. If you feel pain or difficulty swallowing, consider going to the ER to ensure it's not causing injury or blockage.

I'm really worried about a patient who's been in the ICU for the last 10 days. They're on a ventilator and not conscious, with low CO2 levels. What are some possible options or next steps in this situation?
