I'm really worried about some chest pain I've been having. It's there when I breathe deeply, move my neck, or even press on the area, and it all seems to start from the straight back. This has been going on for the past 2 years and I just don't know what to do about it. What could be causing this kind of pain?

View allI'm having a lot of pain in my right foot, and it turns out my uric acid level is at 8.6. I'm worried because it seems to be causing the pain. What are some ways I can lower my uric acid levels and manage this discomfort better?
To control uric acid levels and manage the pain in your right foot, you can start by making some lifestyle changes. Avoid foods high in purines such as red meat, organ meats, and certain types of seafood. Drink plenty of water to help flush out uric acid from your body. Additionally, your doctor may prescribe medication such as Allopurinol at a dosage of 100-300mg daily to help lower uric acid levels. It is important to follow your doctor's recommendations closely and attend follow-up appointments to monitor your progress.

My mom has severe osteoarthritis and the doctor recommended knee replacement but we're hesitant to go for surgery. Is there any medicine that can help manage the pain without relying on painkillers? I heard about M1V711 but not sure if it's still approved and available. Also, can Cartigen Duo provide any relief for her condition? Looking for alternatives to reduce her pain.

I've been having this shifting back pain for a while now. Sometimes it's below my right shoulder, other times it's above my waist or even right on the waist. It's not unbearable but definitely bothersome. I've tried using Crocine Advance, Move ointment, and Fast Relief but they haven't really helped. I usually take Bcosule Z and Atenol50, and for the past month, I've been on Ostocalcium. Should I be worried or try something different? What could be causing this shifting pain?
It sounds like your back pain could be related to musculoskeletal issues, posture, or even early signs of bone health concerns like osteoporosis. The calcium you're taking is a good step, but a full evaluation by a doctor (likely a orthopedic specialist, or neurologist, physiotherapist) is recommended to get to the root of the problem and receive appropriate treatment. Make sure to continue with gentle stretching, focus on posture, and consider physical therapy if the pain continues. If the pain worsens or new symptoms develop, its important to consult a specialist for further evaluation.
