I'm really worried about my wife. She's been dealing with this pain on the right side of her chest for a couple of weeks now. We had an ultrasound and X-ray done, and the doctor mentioned something about liver enlargement and fluid in her lower lungs. The reports also showed WBC lymphocytes at 20 and neutrophils at 76, plus there's an infection in her urine. We've tried different medications, but her pain hasn't gotten much better. What should we do for treatment? Any advice would be really appreciated.

View allI'm dealing with a headache on the right side, plus I've got this awful acidity and gas. To make matters worse, I threw up last night. I tried some ajwain churans, and I've been taking Ocid and medigas, but my headache just isn't easing up much. I do yoga every morning, which helps a little, but the headache is still there. Can you suggest anything I can do to feel better?

I'm worried because my AST and ALT enzyme levels are high. Is it safe for me to take Liv 52 with these elevated enzymes? I'm also concerned because my alkaline phosphate and globulin levels are up too. Would taking Liv 52 worsen my condition, or could it help bring the levels down?
NO THEY ARE NOT DUE TO LIV 52. NO ANY HARM IF ALK. PHOSPHATE OR GLOBULINE IS HIGH. THESE VALUES CHANGE TIME TO TIME. SOME TIME FROM LABORATORY TO LABORATORY AS TECHNIC IS DIFFERENT. DON'T WORRY, CONTINUE LIV 52.

Is 70 a high ALT level?
Usually, the upper limit of ALT is 35 - 40 U/L. Moderate increase in ALT (such as 70 U/L) is seen in chronic hepatitis, chronic obstruction of bile ducts, heart damage, alcohol abuse, liver tumor, skeletal muscle damage. In any acute liver conditions, ALT is much more elevated.
