I'm really worried about my husband. He's dealing with chicken pox right now and besides the rash, he's got a really bad headache and fever. It's making me anxious. Is this normal with chicken pox, or should we be more concerned about these symptoms? What should we do to help him feel better?

View allI recently had a massage, and during it, I ended up sucking on the masseuse's nipple. There wasn't any milk or anything, but I'm worried. Is there any health risk involved with doing that?
It's important to maintain boundaries and respect during any physical interaction, including massages. While nipple sucking itself doesn't typically pose health risks, it can be uncomfortable for the other person and may lead to misunderstandings. It's essential to ensure all actions are consensual and appropriate for both parties. If you have concerns, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider.

What can I do to bring it down since I can't get any medicine right now? It's the middle of the night, and I need some sleep. I've already tried breathing exercises. Do you have any other advice?
If you are unable to get medicine right now, you can try taking over-the-counter acetaminophen (Tylenol) at a dose of 500mg to help reduce any pain or fever that may be keeping you awake. Additionally, you can try using a cold compress on your forehead to help bring down your temperature and promote relaxation. Make sure to stay hydrated and maintain a comfortable sleep environment. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention as soon as possible.
