I'm really worried about my friend. His oxygen level is around 90 when he's on 2L of support, but it drops to 55 when he tries to sit or do anything active. I know he had corona, and his CT score was 1424 on May 7, 2021. They've given him remdesivir, and he seems to be recovering from the virus, but he's having trouble breathing when the oxygen support is removed. It's been a month since he tested positive for COVID, yet he still needs oxygen. He recently had another CT scan on May 28, and the score is up to 2124. Can you help me understand what's going on with him? Why is he still facing these breathing issues? He's still in the hospital, and we're just really concerned.

his CT score has increased that means his infection is increased. that infection needs to be reduced then only he can be without oxygen support

I'm pretty worried right now; I've been a smoker for the past 10 years but quit just last month. Since then, I've had a nosebleed once, but it stopped. However, about three weeks ago, I started experiencing heaviness and some gastric feelings in my heart, along with heart palpitations. The thing that's really freaking me out is seeing blood in my sputum in the mornings when I clean my throat. At first, it was like actual blood drops, but now it's just tiny, hair-like streaks. I'm also frequently getting that blood taste in my throat, and I've been burping a lot after eating or drinking. Lately, there are some black strains in my spit. I went through some tests like a chest X-ray, sputum AFB for TB, ECG, echo, and troponin test, and they were all normal. The arterial blood gases test and CBC, ESR, and ECG reports are attached. What could be going on with me?

You may be experiencing some complications related to your history of smoking. The presence of blood in your sputum, especially with a history of smoking, raises concerns for potential lung issues. Since your TB evaluation and other tests have come back normal, it is important to address the possibility of lung irritation or inflammation. Additionally, to help with the gastric symptoms and burping, you can take Esomeprazole 40mg once daily before breakfast. It is also important to continue monitoring your symptoms and follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management. If the symptoms persist or worsen, further investigations such as a CT scan of the chest may be necessary to rule out any underlying issues.

I'm a 37-year-old woman and I've been having trouble breathing and experiencing chest pain under my ribs on the right back side when I'm lying down. It feels a bit better when I lay on my left side, but I'm not able to sleep well and even make grumpy noises in my sleep. During the day, I seem to be okay and can go about my usual activities, but I'm really worried about what could be causing this. I haven't had any symptoms like those of Corona, but I'm still scared to go to the hospital. What do you think could be going on?

I've been having this burning sensation in my chest whenever I inhale, and sometimes when I'm sleeping, it feels like my breathing gets blocked. Are these signs of something serious? Should I be worried about my breathing issues, even though I don't have other symptoms?
