I'm really worried about my dad. It's been 15 days since he got out of the hospital after having COVID-19. They told us to get a post-COVID test, and now the X-ray shows he's got hazy opacities in the mid to lower parts of both lungs. He also had pneumonia when he was dealing with COVID. Can you tell me what's going on and what we should do?

View allI've been having these really scary moments just before I fall asleep where I stop breathing and wake up in like a full-on adrenaline rush. It's happening a lot, like 15 to 20 times back-to-back. I thought it was obstructive sleep apnea, so I tried using a CPAP, but that didn't solve it. Then I considered it might be a stomach acid thing and tried Nexium, but nope, still happening. Do you have any ideas about what could be causing this?

I'm really concerned because Ive been checking my spo2 with a pulse oximeter every day, and its always around 98 or 99. But last night, I suddenly woke up and when I checked, my spo2 had dropped to 81. It went back to normal in just a couple of minutes. This is worrying me a lot because I had a chest x-ray done two months ago and everything looked fine. What could have caused this sudden drop?
Spirometry and pulmonary function tests is advised to the patient.

I'm 20 and have smoked for just a year, about 23 cigarettes a day. Recently, I've noticed some red streaks in my mucus when I wake up in the morning. Could this mean I have lung cancer? It's been really stressing me out.
do a chest xray and proceed further
