I'm really worried about my dad; he's been dealing with interstitial lung disease for the past couple of years, and I'm afraid it's in an advanced stage now. His latest HRCT report shows a superimposed infection. The doctor mentioned there's no medication to control this situation. Can you give me some advice or let me know if there are any options we haven't considered?

View allI'm a 33-year-old guy and I've been dealing with a cough for the past 20 days. Along with the cough, I'm noticing yellow-light green mucus. I've been using whey protein for about a month since I started working out at the gym, and I'm wondering if it might be the reason for my issues. I stopped using it three days ago, but the cough hasn't gone away. I also used to eat raw spinach and broccoli but I've quit those too. My cough tends to worsen when I'm lying down to sleep, and it feels like my chest really fills up with mucus, especially early in the morning. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
Tab azithromycin 500mg,orally,once daily for 3 days is advised to the patient.Rest continue all.

I'm really worried about my lungs. I had basal pneumonia with findings of hyperinflated lungs and some hazy densities in the right lower lung. Ive been on cefpodoxime 200mg twice a day for 10 days. My doctor said in the follow-up that the pneumonia is resolved, but Im still concerned. Does this mean my lungs are back to normal, or should I be worried about any lingering effects?
take treatment for pneumonia

I'm really concerned about my father's health. His chest X-ray and CT scan show viral pneumonia, and even though his COVID test came back negative, the pulmonologist suggested repeating it because there might be a false negative. He's been admitted to a hospital and they're giving him five tablets all at once. Could you help me understand what these tablets are for?
Yes, false negative tests .Repeat covid test is advised to the patient Rest continue all the medications as advised by the physician.
