I'm really worried about my dad; he's been dealing with interstitial lung disease for the past couple of years, and I'm afraid it's in an advanced stage now. His latest HRCT report shows a superimposed infection. The doctor mentioned there's no medication to control this situation. Can you give me some advice or let me know if there are any options we haven't considered?

View allI'm a 30-year-old guy and I've been smoking heavily, like 23 packs a day. I just got my CT scan results and the tech mentioned something about "no other pulmonary abnormalities aside from early small airway air trapping." What exactly does that mean for my lungs? Should I be worried?

When I was really young, I had both of my lungs collapse. It's been around 18 years since then, and I'm just wondering if there's anything I should still be worried about or if there's a possibility of any complications popping up this long after. Would appreciate any insights you might have!
if you are not having any symptoms then you need not worry.

I'm really worried about my mom. She's 68 and has been having this pain in her lower breast and rib area. Her CECT chest scan says it's likely COVID pneumonia, but the RTPCR test came back negative. Her CTSI score is 325, and she's got a mild cough, but no fever. Could this still be COVID? What should I do next?
