The Mantoux test came back positive at 1012 mm, but the AFB test was negative. My doctor at the government hospital started me on tuberculosis treatment two months ago. Since then, I've gained about 3 kg. Is this normal? Should I be concerned about anything else?

Prominent bronchovascular markings is seen in infections ,bronchitis, asthma,bronchopneumonia,cardiac failure and pulmonary hypertension. Tablet azithromycin 500mg ,orally.once daily for 5 days is advised to the patient.
