I'm really worried about my chest X-ray results from a private lab. It showed some tiny calcifications, and they mentioned it's from an old condition. I'm afraid this might cause issues with my medicals, as I plan to go abroad soon. Is there any way to deal with this or get it removed? Any advice would be really appreciated.

View allI'm just getting over the flu, but now I've got this dull pain in my lower left rib area. It's mostly at the front, but I sometimes feel it at the back, and it gets really sharp when I lie down or take deep breaths. I'm also noticing that I'm getting out of breath really quickly and need to take deeper breaths than normal. What could be going on here?

I'm using Cool Lip tobacco and I'm really worried about what it might be doing to my health. Could you tell me what are the risks or health issues associated with using this? I'd really appreciate your help in understanding this better.

I'm experiencing a cough whenever I'm in air conditioning, whether it's day or night. Even when I'm on an AC bus, my throat gets itchy and the coughing starts. I don't have any nasal congestion or other symptoms, just this persistent cough that's been really bothering me. What could be causing this?
You can try taking a cough suppressant like Delsym (Dextromethorphan) 30mg every 6 hours as needed to help alleviate the cough. Additionally, you can use a humidifier in your room to add moisture to the air and soothe your throat. Make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
