I'm really worried about my brother. He's been dealing with a nasal blockage for months now after recovering from Covid. He tested negative and was fine for a bit after vaccination, but now he can't breathe properly through his nose and has to breathe through his mouth, especially at night. It's affecting his sleep a lot. He quit smoking recently after a long habit, and his PFT results were okay, but he's still not feeling well. What could be causing this ongoing congestion?

I had a mastoidectomy tympanoplasty about three weeks back, and ever since, I've been hearing these dub dub sounds every now and then. But since yesterday, I've been hearing it a lot more, and just today, it went on for about 20-30 minutes straight. There's no pain, but I'm really curious about why this is happening. It seems to get worse when I'm traveling, especially if there are potholes on the road. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I'm really struggling with this issue, it's been going on for about a year and a half now. I've seen doctors, but nothing seems to be helping. It always feels like there's something stuck in my throat, almost like someone is tapping on it from the outside. There's also this mild pain in my ears. Sometimes it feels better, but other times the sensation is really strong. What could be causing this and what should I do next?
