I'm really worried about this lump I've got between my neck and jaw. It's been there for a while, and I've noticed that my weight has dropped to 67 kg. My recent blood test showed my WBC count is at 14,000, with low lymphocytes but high polymorphs. My hemoglobin's normal, though. I also feel like my body's really warm, and my pulse seems fast. Should I be concerned? Is there anything specific I should watch out for or ask my local doctor about?

"Based on your symptoms of weight loss, high WBC count, low lymphocyte count, high polymorph count, lump in between neck and jaw, warm body, and fast pulse rate, it sounds like you may be experiencing an infection or inflammation in your body. I would recommend taking antibiotics like Amoxicillin 500mg twice a day for 7-10 days to treat the infection. Additionally, you can take Ibuprofen 400mg three times a day for pain and inflammation. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management."

View allI'm dealing with a pretty low vitamin B12 level, around 72Pgml, and I've been having some back and shoulder pains. Sometimes I even feel a bit dizzy. Could this be linked to the low B12? What can I do to get it back to normal?
To address a low vitamin B12 level of 72 pgmL, consider the following steps: consult your doctor about starting vitamin B12 supplements, either orally or through injections, aiming for a daily dose of 2.4-2.6 mcg; increase dietary intake of B12-rich foods, such as fish, meat, poultry, eggs, dairy products, and fortified plant-based milk; and address potential underlying causes of deficiency, such as gastrointestinal disorders or medication interactions; regarding symptoms, yes, low B12 levels can cause back and shoulder pain, dizziness, fatigue, and numbness or tingling sensations, so correcting the deficiency may help alleviate these symptoms.

So I recently got my blood test results back and a few things are standing out to me. My ESR is at 36, my hemoglobin is low at 10, and my eosinophils are at 7. Everything else seems to be within the normal range. I'm just wondering if there's something I should be concerned about or if there's any specific reason for these levels?
Congratulations on recovering from chickenpox. _Chicken Consumption After Chickenpox_ There's no specific restriction on consuming chicken after chickenpox. The name "chickenpox" is a misnomer, and the virus is not related to chickens. _Non-Spicy Chicken Soup_ You can have non-spicy chicken soup 24 days after the onset of chickenpox, as your blisters have dried up. _Pimples on Forehead_ The small pimples on your forehead might be a residual effect of the chickenpox virus or a separate skin issue. Monitor them, and if they persist or worsen,

I'm trying to understand my blood test results and I'm a bit confused about some of the terms. It mentions that my RBC is normocytic normochromic with mild anisopoikilocytosis and that my WBC has a lymphocytic predominance with mild eosinophilia. The report also says that my platelets are adequate on the smear. Could you help explain what this all means? I'm feeling a bit worried about these findings.
