I'm really concerned because my TMT came back positive and I've been told I've got a heart problem. What should I do now? How serious is this, and what's the next step?

I've been told I have mild left ventricular hypertrophy after a 2D echo test. Is this something that can be reversed if I manage to keep my blood pressure around 12080?
Ideally its irreversible,but in some cases when BP is maintained under control with good and heathy life style,its observed to be reversible

Why are my blood pressure readings different between my arms? When I check my left arm, it's 12080, but my right arm shows 13080. I'm using an Omron monitor, which I believe is pretty accurate. Should I be worried about these differences?
