I'm really concerned because my TMT came back positive and I've been told I've got a heart problem. What should I do now? How serious is this, and what's the next step?

I recently had an ECG done at the hospital, and the report mentioned "Normal sinus rhythm" and something about "minimal voltage criteria for LVH" and it being a "borderline ECG." I'm experiencing some left arm pain and dizziness lately, and I also have GERD issues. From time to time, I get this jaw pain too. Could this be something related to my heart?
