I'm really concerned because my dad has been dealing with a viral fever for the past week. The doctor prescribed medication that required injections twice a day, and now he's got these nonstop hiccups for the last two days. Could this be related to the medication, and what can we do to make the hiccups stop?

I tested positive for COVID back on May 15, but luckily, I started feeling better by May 25, and my sense of smell and taste came back. But for the past three days, I've been feeling really off.
