I'm really concerned because I initially noticed about 12 blood blisters on my scrotum, but now they're multiplying into these small ones. I'm a virgin, so I'm pretty anxious and scared about what this could mean. Could you please give me some advice on what might be going on?

I'm really curious, is aloe vera gel actually good for anal use? I've been dealing with rashes down there, and after applying aloe vera, the problem seems to have improved. Can I use it regularly on my anus? I sometimes get anal chafing and rashes from dryness and was wondering if aloe vera is okay to use for that. Or maybe theres a specific gel or ointment youd recommend for dealing with these kinds of rashes and chafing?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
