I'm really concerned about some symptoms I've been experiencing lately. I've been feeling really fatigued, super sleepy, and I've had a few fevers now and then. I've also noticed some weight loss and hair loss, and I've been getting headaches. My ultrasound report says there's decreased echotexture of my liver, which they mentioned could be hepatitis. Could these symptoms all be related, and should I be worried about the possibility of hepatitis? What steps should I take next?

Based on your symptoms of fatigue, sleepiness, occasional fever, weight loss, hair loss, and headache, along with the ultrasound report showing decreased echotexture of the liver suggestive of hepatitis, this points to possible liver inflammation. I recommend further blood tests and a detailed evaluation to confirm the cause and guide treatment effectively.

I'm dealing with IBS and it's been tough figuring out how to manage it. I'm really trying to avoid junk food and dairy, but does this mean I have to stick with that forever? Are there any other ways to relieve the bloating, like maybe some tablets or something? How long does it usually take for symptoms to start improving?
