I'm really concerned about my health and could use some advice. Over the past 10 months, I've been having issues with sticky sputum and left side chest pain. And just recently, I noticed blood in my sputum along with pain under my armpit. I've lost around 12 kgs too, which is worrying me even more. I've done quite a few tests, like a CT scan, a heart echo test, and even a sputum AFB and Mantoux test, but they all came back normal. I also checked with a CT thorax with contrast and had a couple of chest X-rays, all normal. Blood tests like sugar, urea, creatinine, CBC, and a seroconversion test were negative too. I'm not sure what's going on, and I'm really anxious about it all. Can you help me figure out what might be happening or suggest what I should do next?

View allI'm dealing with a really heavy dry cough at night and it's gotten so bad that I can't sleep well. It's even causing stomach pain because I'm coughing so hard. This seems to happen a lot, like once a month, and then it sticks around for about two weeks. I've seen general physicians and they mention things like throat infections or seasonal changes, but it keeps coming back every month or two. I'm really trying to figure out what's causing this so I can find a permanent solution. What kind of specialist should I see to get to the bottom of this?

I'm 22 and whenever I walk up and down the stairs, I get quite breathless. Can you suggest what I can do to help improve my airflow? Also, what kind of tests should I consider to pinpoint the issue? I've heard about the ABD testwould that be relevant for these symptoms? Plus, even a short 5-minute dance leaves me out of breath. Any advice would be really helpful.
