I'm really concerned about my dad. He's 63 and he's been dealing with asthma for a long time. He's currently using a Formoterol Fumarate and Budesonide Inhaler at 400 mg and taking Bilagra M tablets. I'm worried about whether it's safe for him to get the Covishield vaccine with these meds. Can you advise on whether it's okay for him to proceed with the vaccination?

View allI've been having shortness of breath for the past two months and it started really suddenly. At first, I was also dealing with back pain and lung pain along with a feeling of tightness. Now it's mostly just the shortness of breath and a tight feeling in my left lung. My lung X-ray came back normal and the EEG report was fine too. The doctor didn't prescribe any medicine, but I'm still struggling with shortness of breath. What could be going on, and should I be concerned about this?
Patient is advised pulmonary function test (PFT)and a complete blood count and esr.

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with TB for about a year now and I've been on the medications Rcinex 750mg and Combutal 800mg the whole time. The doctor advised me to stop after 9 months, which I did, but now I'm experiencing a fever and a slow cough again. I had to restart the meds and I'm not seeing any weight gain either, which is concerning. Also, whenever I drink something like Thums Up, my tongue feels really strange and kind of tingly. What should I do about all this? I'm a bit confused and would like some guidance.

I'm a bit worried and need some guidance. What does it mean if the etiology suggests a possible pulmonary Kochs infection? Could this be serious or contagious, and what steps should I take from here?
