I'm really concerned about my dad. He's 63 and he's been dealing with asthma for a long time. He's currently using a Formoterol Fumarate and Budesonide Inhaler at 400 mg and taking Bilagra M tablets. I'm worried about whether it's safe for him to get the Covishield vaccine with these meds. Can you advise on whether it's okay for him to proceed with the vaccination?

Now, for the past 15 days, I've been experiencing breathing issues, like when I take the stairs or even when I'm just sitting or sleeping. The breathing problems come along with the upper back pain.
