I'm really concerned about an issue I've been dealing with. I was addicted to prone masturbation for about 10 years, and even though I stopped two years ago, I feel like my penis is damaged. The base is very smooth, there's a bend to the left, and I can't maintain an erection for more than a few seconds. It's been really affecting me mentally. What can I do to address this problem?

I'm a bit concerned because I've noticed some small white lumps in my semen when I ejaculate after masturbating. Can anyone help me figure out what might be going on?

These small lumps you are noticing in your semen could be due to a few different reasons. One possibility is that they are sperm clumps, which can be normal and not a cause for concern. However, if these lumps are accompanied by pain, swelling, or changes in your semen consistency, it could be a sign of an underlying issue such as an infection or inflammation of the prostate or seminal vesicles. I recommend you to consult a doctor for further evaluation and appropriate management.

Can a 9mm kidney stone be treated with just medication and fluids or is surgery necessary? I've attached my sonography report for reference what would you suggest based on the findings?

Most evidence suggests that stones less than 10 mm in diameter have a reasonable chance of passing through the urinary tract spontaneously. You may be offered medical expulsive therapy (MET) using an alpha blocker medication, such as tamsulosin.
