I'm really concerned about this cold and cough that keeps coming back, especially with breathing problems at night and in the early morning for the past three weeks. I saw a general physician and the medicine worked for a week, but the breathing issue starts up again as soon as I stop taking it. What should I do about this?

It sounds like you may have asthma or an allergic airway condition triggered by cold or night-time air. I recommend consulting a pulmonologist for a proper evaluation, including spirometry. Continuing appropriate long-term treatment, like inhalers, may help prevent recurrence.

When laying flat, mucus gets pooled up in the throat since nose and throat are connected and this causes coughing

I'm a bit concerned because I've been told that there's minimal fibrosis and atelectasis in my right lung's middle lobe and lingula. Could you help me understand what exactly this means? Is it something I should be worried about, and what steps should I take next? Would really appreciate any insights or advice you could give me.

I'm a 20-year-old and overall pretty healthy, but lately, I've been having this weird issue when I try to breathe deeply. It feels like there's a little clog or something in my throat, and it's like my breath gets stuck there. I end up yawning a lot to try and get a deeper breath. It's really noticeable when I'm exercising, and it's becoming a bit of a problem. I don't have asthma or anything, so Im just wondering what might be going on and if there's anything I can do about it.
take pantop for 3 days if it doesn't solve , do endoscopy
