I'm kind of worried because I've noticed these nodules on my nipple area for the past couple of weeks. My breasts are really itchy, and the skin seems to be drying out. Just last night, I got another nodule in my underarm. I'm confused if it's just because of the warm weather or if there's another reason behind it. Could this be something serious?

View allI'm noticing these vertical brown lines on my toenails, especially on the first two toes, and I can't remember when they first showed up. I don't usually do regular pedicures, so I'm a bit concerned now. When I looked it up online, I found out it could be related to pigmentation. I also have pigmentation around my lower mouth and chin area. My skin is wheatish, and I'm 25, married, with a 19-month-old baby. Should I be worried about these toenail lines? What might be causing them, and how can I treat it?
That could be Fungal infection or Vitamin Deficiency, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management

I'm wondering if it's okay to use Glocin gel during the day. Is there any issue with going outside after applying it during daylight hours? Can I use it twice a day? I've noticed small bumps, rough skin, and some fine lines on my forehead. I'm a 45-year-old woman and I'd appreciate any advice.
Niacinamide is present in the cream whichnoxidises with sunlight hence it must be used as night cream and it helps for your condition.

I'm really worried because I've noticed more and more dark spots and blackness appearing on my face, especially around my eyes and under them. It seems like my face is getting darker every day. What could be causing this, and is there anything I can do to help it?
It sounds like you may be experiencing hyperpigmentation. You can try using a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone or kojic acid. Additionally, using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily can help prevent further darkening of the skin. Make sure to apply the cream on the affected areas twice a day, and remember to follow up with your skincare routine.
