I'm having trouble getting enough oxygen. I've got a cold and I'm coughing up a bit of phlegm, but there's not much of it and its brown. I've also got nodules on my lungs, and the largest one is around 5 cm. Does this sound like something I should be worried about?

View allMy mom's been dealing with some worrisome health issues lately. She has this cold cough and experiences shortness of breath, especially at night. We found out about some lower fibrotic changes in her left lung, but the HRCT and chest X-ray both came out normal. She's already been given some strong antibiotics, but there hasn't been any noticeable improvement. We're located in Ahmedabad and I'm really unsure about what to do next. Can you provide some guidance or suggestions on how to proceed?
I'm sorry to hear about your mom's struggles. Fibrotic changes can sometimes cause chronic symptoms despite normal imaging. Consider consulting a pulmonologist for further evaluation, possibly for inhalers or anti-inflammatory treatments, and to rule out other causes like asthma or GERD. I'm a 30-year-old male and had a pleural effusion diagnosed as TB about eight months ago. I'm doing well now and was thinking of joining a gym. Could you suggest any body supplements that would be safe for me to use with my history?
don't take supplements for few months for side effects

I'm Jack, 28 years old, and I've been taking Seroflo 250mg every day for the last 15 years. I'm really concerned about whether this could lead to any issues like impotency or other serious side effects. Could you please let me know what to watch out for?
Long-term use of Seroflo 250 (Salmeterol and Fluticasone) for 15 years may increase the risk of systemic side effects, including adrenal suppression, osteoporosis, and cataracts, but impotency is not a commonly reported side effect
