I'm having trouble breathing and I've already done an ECG, echo, treadmill test, and angiography, and they all came back normal. Are there any other tests or possibilities we should explore? I'm really worried because I still feel like something's off.

I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. When I'm lying down, it's really hard to breathe and my chest feels tight. But as soon as I get up, it almost goes back to normal. I'm also having a weird cough that feels really dense and kind of stringy. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

I'm feeling a bit worried because I've been noticing some small blood tissue in my sputum since this morning, even though I don't have a cough or cold. My throat hurts a little, and I've got a mild headache too. I've started taking vitamin C for immunity over the last four days. Should I be concerned about these symptoms, and is there anything specific you would recommend I do?

I've been on tuberculosis treatment for almost 5 months now and haven't had any symptoms for over 4 months. I'm doing these LFT tests every couple of weeks like my doctor suggested, and they've always come back normal. My main concern is about the mediastinal lymph node TB I have. How long do you think Ill need to continue the medication and how does the doctor decide when to stop the treatment? Also, my doctor mentioned having a small bottle of light beer once a week is okay, but I just wanted to double-check if that's really alright.

Patient is advised ATT for another 1 month ,Also alcohol cessation is advised to the patient.
