I'm feeling really worried because I've had a fever for the past two days, and now I'm okay, but I'm having a lot of trouble breathing, and my cough is pretty bad. I was taking zentocol and paracetamol as my doctor suggested, but just a while ago, I started getting really dizzy and my chest is making a Gur Gur sound. Plus, there's this weird stuff coming out when I cough. What should I do next?

Patient is advised pneumococcal ,infuenza vaccinations every year . Also covishield vaccine is advised to the patient.

I'm really concerned about my wife. She's 32, doesn't smoke, and has had this persistent dry cough for almost a month now. It's like clockworkevery 30 minutes, and the coughing lasts about 4 to 5 seconds. We've already seen a pulmonary specialist. The first time, he prescribed some antibiotics, and then after two weeks, they did an X-ray, which came back normal. The doctor switched up the meds after that. It got slightly better for a bit, but for the last 4 days, the cough has returned, especially when she's lying down. I'm attaching the last prescription we received for reference. Right now, she's only using an inhaler twice a day as the rest of the medication course has ended. Could you give us any advice on what might be happening or what we should do next?

I'm trying to figure out if I might have asthma. In the mornings, my peak flow is around 450, but it jumps to 600 after I take two puffs of duolin. The chest X-ray and CT scan look normal, but the PFT results show early small airway obstruction with a PEF of 2575 or PEFR pred at 70. They also indicated mild obstruction with an FEV1FVC of 95 and FVC pred at 80. What does all this mean? I'm really not sure and could use some guidance.

Spirometry and pulmonary function tests are advised to the patient.
