I'm feeling a bit under the weather with a sore throat and a cold. I'm wondering if Azithromycin or Augmentin would be better to take for this. Also, should it be for 3 days or is 5 days more effective? I'm just trying to figure out the best way to get back to feeling normal.

Azithromycin and Augmentin are both effective antibiotics. However, Azithromycin is often preferred due to its convenient once daily dosing and shorter treatment duration. I would recommend Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 3 days. This regimen is usually sufficient to treat throat infections caused by bacteria.

View allI'm 24 and had typhoid fever about six months ago. Ever since, I've been feeling unusually cold, like I can't handle even a bit of cool weather, while everyone around me seems fine. Lately, I've been getting mild chest pains and sometimes, out of nowhere, I start shivering and getting goosebumps, even at normal room temperature. I feel sleepy all the time and get tired very quickly, even after light physical activity. Walking long distances has become challenging. I got married two months ago, and after the first few weeks everything was okay, but my health has been getting worse lately. I'm working but can't keep up like everyone else, and it's frustrating because even when it's not cold, I'm in a sweater and still can't shake off the chills. Why am I feeling like this, and should I be worried?

What causes body heat with no fever?
One can feel hot without significant fever after having spicy foods or during stress and anxiety, exposure to humid climate. Hormonal conditions such as menopause and during ovulation time, you may feel hot. Thyroid imbalance may also cause you to feel hot.

We've decided to adopt and need to get a medical fitness certificate for the CARA registration. Were a bit lost and could use some help figuring out where to get this done and what exactly the procedure involves. Could you guide us on this?
You can get a medical fitness certificate for CARA registration from any registered medical practitioner or government hospital. The doctor will conduct a basic physical examination and may request standard tests like blood work or a chest X-ray to confirm your overall health. Simply inform the doctor that the certificate is for adoption purposes under CARA guidelines.
