I'm feeling a bit concerned because I've noticed a lump next to my right nipple that moves around and is slightly painful. I've had similar lumps on my thighs before. About ten months ago, I had a chest CT scan after having COVID, and everything was clear. Could this lump be dangerous?

Healthy lymph nodes can be larger, due to reactive hyperplasia from acute infection or chronic lung diseases such as emphysema or pulmonary fibrosis. However, enlarged lymph nodes are most worrisome for a pathologic process such as lymphoma, malignant metastases, or sarcoidosis.

I'm really curious to know which lung tends to get affected by lung cancer more frequently, the right one or the left one? I'm just wondering in terms of overall cases. Would really appreciate your insight on this.
Lung cancer can happen in either lung or in both lungs.

I had rectal bleeding for a few months before my surgery that was initially thought to be from amoeba. Now I'm stage 1 pN0 pMx and worried could the bleeding have detached tumor cells that entered my bloodstream and spread elsewhere even though I'm early stage?
surgery opinion is advised.
