I'm experiencing this light pain in my groin area and sometimes it feels like tingling or numbness around my inner thighs and below the testicles. It's kind of like ants are running in that area. It happens randomly, but I've noticed it gets worse when I'm sitting in the office with the AC on. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

Your symptoms might be related to posture, nerve compression, or muscle strain, but if they persist or worsen, it's important to seek medical advice to rule out other conditions such as hernia or neurological issues. Try adjusting your sitting habits, stretching regularly, and monitoring any changes in symptoms.

i have a soft lump in my right testicle that hurts when i touch it is this something serious i really dont want to get surgery for it
A soft, painful lump in your right testicle warrants immediate medical attention, even if you are hesitant about surgery. While many scrotal masses are benign, some can be a sign of testicular cancer, which is curable if caught early. It's crucial to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan from a doctor, potentially a urologist, to determine the cause and best course of action.
