I'm experiencing chest pain and have a hard time breathing, plus I get tired really quickly and have a fever. Could this be related to a left pleural effusion? Can you help me understand what's happening and what I should do next?

View allI've been dealing with a cough for 1214 days, and it's probably due to my dust allergy. I visited a doctor last week, and he prescribed Macpod 200, Montek LC, and Rapitus plus syrup. But over the last couple of days, I've developed a fever and I'm feeling really weak. What should I do? Is this something to be worried about?

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been dealing with a dry cough for about five days now and she's on Doxofylline tablets and Forcef 500. The thing is, she just can't seem to eat anything because it makes her feel nauseous, and she's getting so weak. Ive heard paneer might be okay to give her, but Im not sure what foods are best right now. Could you help me figure out what she should be eating?
give her foods with less spices. give curd and increase the quantity of water consumption

I'm dealing with pulmonary TB and my doctor has included Benadon 40mg in my treatment plan. I'm a bit worried because I'm not sure what would happen if I accidentally took two doses of Benadon at once. Could it cause any problems or side effects?
Ideally nothing happens for once, but better be cautious further
