I'm experiencing a burning sensation in my penis after I urinate. It feels normal when I'm actually peeing, but afterward, there are these extra drops that come out. I'm wondering if this is something normal or if it's a sign of a problem. Could you help clarify what's going on?

I have a coffee-colored milk mole on my cheek and I'm really bothered by it. Is there any way to remove it? Would I need surgery or are there other options that don't involve going under the knife?

I've been on isotretinoin for a few months, and I'm in my 5th month now. My doctor upped my dose to 20 mg twice daily 'cause it wasn't working much initially. But now, after about 45 days, my hair's gotten thinner, and when I was checking out some videos on isotretinoin's side effects, someone mentioned it could cause erectile dysfunction. Since hearing that, I've started experiencing it too, and it's been happening for the past 5 days. Its stressing me out and affecting my mood. I havent told my doctor about the erection issue, but my dose got cut back to just 20 mg a day. Besides that, I'm also dealing with a stomach ache, digestion issues, testicular discomfort, and dryness in my throat, eyes, and lips. Im super confused and anxious about continuing isotretinoin. Could it really be the cause? What should I do? Your guidance could really help me out.

I'm noticing that the skin on my fingertips is suddenly getting thicker and kind of dry. Its happening on both my hand and foot fingers. I used to have really soft fingertips before, so I'm a bit concerned about this change. The skin is so thick that I actually have to shape them. I generally have oily skin, so this is quite new for me. What could be causing this?
