I'm from Delhi and I've been experiencing some issues with my breathing. My SpO2 level sometimes drops to 93 and then slowly returns to 97 after several hours. I also have a little cough. My doctor asked me to get an x-ray, and I've attached it here. Can you look at my x-ray and tell me if there's anything concerning about my lungs?

I'm looking at my x-ray report, and it mentions that the bronchovascular markings are prominent. Is this something I should be worried about? What does it actually mean, and could it be related to any serious lung issues? I would really appreciate some clarity on this.

I've been dealing with continuous breathlessness and mild chest pain for the last 5 years, and it's really been affecting my life. My local chest specialist gave me some anxiety meds, and they help a bit but not fully. I've had ECHO and TMT tests in the past 14 months to check for heart problems, but they came back normal. Sometimes sleeping helps, but other times it gets worse when I'm trying to sleep. I'm feeling really restrictedI can't exercise or playand it's frustrating not knowing the root cause, which means I'm not really getting treated for it. Can you suggest what steps I could take or what might be going on?
try doing some exercises and yoga
