I'm dealing with a vitamin B12 deficiency and I'm not sure when the best time is to take my vitamin B12 capsules. Is there a specific time of day like morning or night that would be more effective, or does it not matter? I'm curious to know what you think.

View allI've been getting B12 injections and I've already taken a couple in my buttocks, but they're just too painful. Can I switch to getting the rest in my arm instead, or is it better to stick with the buttocks? If sticking with the buttocks is the way to go, do you have any tips on how to make it hurt less?

I'm really concerned because I've been feeling really weak and my energy levels just keep dropping day by day. It's like no matter what I do, I can't shake this constant tiredness. Sometimes it even feels like I might be running a fever, but it just comes and goes. I find myself wanting to stay in bed almost all day because I'm always so exhausted. Could these be symptoms of something more serious, or is there something I could try to get my energy back up?
