I'm dealing with TB and I've got some fluid in my lungs that's causing me chest pain. The doctor already took some of the fluid out, and that's how they figured out I have TB from the lab results. Should I be worried about the fluid coming back or about any other complications? What steps should I take next, and is there anything specific I should be doing to help my recovery?

I'm worried because it's affecting my medical test for a job abroad. What can I do in this situation, and is there a way to manage or improve the test results despite my condition?
