I'm dealing with asthma attacks that won't let up for the past four days and I'm having a really hard cough with phlegm. I've been using my inhaler, but it just keeps coming back. What's going on?

I've been having some chest pain recently, like a sharp sting right in the center and to the sides. Finished my TB treatment about a year ago, and it's been 9 months since that. Did some tests like sputum, CBNAT, and X-rays; all came back clear. But for the past couple of months, I've had this mucus issue. No coughing really, but if I try to irritate it, some white mucus comes out. Do you think it's possible for TB to be coming back, or could it be something else?

its better you test for tuberculosis sputum test once again

I'm really worried because I've been having trouble breathing for the past three years. It seems like every time I take my medication, it gets better for a little while, but then I start having difficulty again after a few days. I've also tried using inhalers, but they don't seem to be helping. What should I do?

I'm trying to make sense of my mom's test results and I'm really worried. Her sputum test for AFB culture came back negative after three weeks, but the Genexpert test showed positive. The CT scan also revealed she has a "tree in bud" pattern infection along with a small mass lesion. I'm confused and concerned if this points to TB, some other kind of infection, or even something like cancer. Could you help explain what all this might mean?

Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.
