I'm dealing with asthma attacks that won't let up for the past four days and I'm having a really hard cough with phlegm. I've been using my inhaler, but it just keeps coming back. What's going on?

View allI recently got an HRCT scan done for a surgery, and the report mentioned a small fibrotic patch in the middle lobe close to the oblique fissure. The rest of the HRCT of my chest is basically normal with no signs of viral pneumonia. But I'm pretty worried about this fibrotic patch. I dont have any bad habits or anything like that. Should I be concerned about this?

I've been dealing with this cough for about 10 days now and it isn't just a dry cough. There's some sputum that comes out every now and then. Should I be worried about this, and is there something specific I should be doing to help it go away?

I'm a bit confused about how to use my Duolin inhaler and Foracart 400. Should I be using the Duolin inhaler every day, or just when I'm having a tough time breathing? Also, I've been told I need to take Foracart 400 dailywhy is that important? It would really help to understand when and how I should be using these, especially when I'm not sure if I'm having an emergency or not.
Duolin inhaler is typically used for **emergency relief** of acute symptoms like wheezing or shortness of breath in conditions such as asthma or COPD. It is not meant for daily use. On the other hand, **Foracart 400** is prescribed for **daily use** to help manage chronic respiratory conditions and prevent flare-ups. Always follow your doctor's instructions for proper usage.
