I'm currently taking Teleact 40 in the morning and Cilny 10 along with Concor 5 at night. I've been feeling kind of light-headed in the mornings though. Do you think it would be better to switch things up and take the Telmisartan and Cilnidipine combo in the morning and the Concor 5 at night instead? I just want to make sure I'm managing my blood pressure in the best way possible.

Switching to Telmisartan (brand name: Telma) + Cilnidipine (brand name: Cilacar) combination in the morning can help in managing your blood pressure more effectively. You can continue taking Concor 5 at night for better control. The recommended dosage for Telmisartan + Cilnidipine combination would be as per your doctor's prescription.

I'm a bit worried about my recent health report. The doctor said I need an ECG before anesthesia, and the results mention a probable left atrial enlargement with a borderline ECG. I'm wondering what this means for my heart health. Should I see a cardiologist? Lately, I've been experiencing mild chest pains and numbness, and I'm a bit overweight, though my blood pressure is normal. I also have a fatty liver and occasionally notice shortness of breath. Do you think these symptoms are related?

Based on your symptoms and the findings in your ECG report, it is important to consult a cardiologist for further evaluation and management. The probable left atrial enlargement and borderline ECG findings may indicate underlying heart issues that need to be addressed. In the meantime, to help with your symptoms, you can take medications like Aspirin for chest pain (if not contraindicated) and Atorvastatin for high cholesterol. Additionally, to manage your fatty liver, you can take Ursodeoxycholic acid. For shortness of breath, you can use an inhaler like Salbutamol as needed. It is also important to make lifestyle changes such as maintaining a healthy weight, regular exercise, and a balanced diet to improve your overall health.

I'm really worried about my high blood pressure since I'm only 27. I've been dealing with anxiety and PCOS, and I've been taking Diane 35 and Fincar for the past month. Lately, I find myself getting short of breath whenever I think about all of this. I don't want to die early and really want to improve my lifestyle. What should I do?

High blood pressure can be concerning, especially at a young age. It's important to manage your blood pressure to reduce the risk of complications. Since you are already taking Diane 35 and Fincar for PCOS, it's essential to monitor your blood pressure regularly. In addition to lifestyle modifications such as maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise, you may benefit from medication to help control your blood pressure. I recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to discuss the possibility of starting an antihypertensive medication such as Amlodipine 5mg once daily to help lower your blood pressure and reduce the risk of complications. Remember to continue monitoring your blood pressure and follow up with your healthcare provider regularly to adjust your treatment plan as needed."
