I'm currently 4 months pregnant and just found out I have COVID-19, tested positive on July 19th. I've got a stuffy nose and chest pain, but my oxygen levels are around 96 to 97. How long do you think it'll take for my nose congestion to clear up? Are there any tests I should be doing right now?

View allI'm a 41-year-old woman and have been healthy overall. Until recently, my menstrual cycle was quite regular at 25 days, but since April, it has shifted to once every 50 days, so now I'm getting my period every two months. Along with this change, I've also started feeling breast pain, much like the sensation during pregnancy. I'm wondering if these are signs of menopause starting. Should I be considering any medication for this? For context, my mom began menopause in her 40s too.
Its possible that youre experiencing early perimenopause, especially given the changes in your menstrual cycle and breast tenderness, which are common symptoms. Since your mother also went through menopause in her 40s, this could be hereditary. Its a good idea to consult your doctor for a thorough evaluation and to discuss whether any treatment or lifestyle changes would be helpful for managing symptoms.

I'm 13 weeks pregnant, and I recently had an ultrasound for NT. The report mentions that the placenta is forming anteriorly, with the lower margin covering the OS, and it states there's grade 0 AFI adequate. Could you recommend a good hospital for treatment and support throughout the rest of my pregnancy? I'm really hoping for a normal delivery. What should I be concerned about or do next?
Feeling your 3-year-old son's heartbeat by placing your hand on his chest can be a normal finding, especially if he's active and healthy. _Possible explanations:_ 1. *Thin chest wall*: Children's chest walls are thinner, making it easier to feel their heartbeat. 2. *Normal cardiac anatomy*: Some people's hearts are more prominent or closer to the chest surface, making the heartbeat more palpable. 3. *Increased cardiac output*: Active children may have a higher cardiac output, making their heartbeat more noticeable. _No cause for concern_: Unless your son is experiencing other symptoms such as: - Shortness of breath - Fatigue - Pale skin - Dizziness - Chest pain
