I'm a bit worried. I had protected sex yesterday and just to be extra sure, I took a pregnancy test today which came back negative. But then, I got my period later, though it was a little late. Do I need to take another pregnancy test, or should I be concerned about getting pregnant? I really don't want to be pregnant right now. Can you help me figure this out?

It's reassuring that the pregnancy test came back negative, especially since you got your period, even if it was a bit late. Delayed periods can sometimes happen due to stress, hormonal changes, or other factors. Since you had protected sex and the test is negative, there's no need to worry about pregnancy at this point, but if you're still concerned, you can repeat the test or consult with your doctor for further peace of mind.

View allI'm 19 and not married. I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant and I'm wondering if I can have a surgical abortion without needing my parents' permission. Would a doctor be able to help me with this?
In India, the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) Act of 1971 allows for abortion up to 20 weeks, but for minors (below 18), parental consent is required; however, as you're 19, you can legally undergo a surgical abortion at 10 weeks without parental consent; consult a gynecologist

I'm worried because my periods are always delayed by about a month, and because of this, I've been gaining weight and getting more acne on my face. Plus, I've been dealing with hair fall. I really don't want to rely on conventional medicine. Can you recommend any Ayurvedic treatments or homeopathic remedies that might help?
Lipolysis, also known as Lipo, can be useful for spot fat reduction and weight loss, particularly when combined with a healthy diet and exercise. Common side effects include temporary bruising, swelling, and numbness. Treatment duration varies depending on the individual and the area being treated, but typically ranges from 2-6 sessions, spaced 2-4 weeks apart.
