I'm a bit worried because I had a chest X-ray on May 20, which was all clear. But then another X-ray on July 1 showed tenting of the left hemi diaphragm. Can someone explain what this means and if I should be concerned? I was COVID positive on April 9, and I haven't been vaccinated yet. Plus, my heart rate is pretty high, and I'm experiencing chest pain. What should I do next?

View allI'm really struggling with a bad cough for the past three days and have been taking marzon allerfix tablets and Reswas cough syrup, but I can't shake off the chest congestion. I smoke around 20 cigarettes a day, so I'm worried that's contributing to it. Is there a connection between my smoking and this congestion, and is there any way I can treat my lungs or cleanse them?
yes to stop smoking
