I'm a bit worried after getting my covid vaccination yesterday morning. Is it okay if I eat non-veg in the next few days? Some people are suggesting I should avoid it for 5 days. Could you advise on this?

I was wondering about the right dosage for albendazole 400 mg when it comes to deworming. Should I be taking it once a day or twice a day? And is albendazole effective on its own, or should it be combined with something else? I'm just trying to figure out the best way to go about this.
For deworming, a single dose of 400 mg Albendazole (1 tablet) is typically taken as a single dose, once a day (OD). In most cases, Albendazole alone is effective for treating common intestinal worms, but the dosage may vary depending on the type of infection. It's always best to consult your doctor for personalized advice.
