I'm a bit confused right now. I recently had a pretty bad asthma attack, and my doctor switched me to this duolin inhaler. Before that, I was using the Rotahaler, mainly because it was cheaper. I'm trying to figure out if the duolin inhaler is actually better for me or if I can just go back to using the Rotahaler like before. Any advice on what I should do?

Duolin inhaler, containing a combination of Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium, is generally considered more effective than Rotahaler (containing only Levosalbutamol) for managing severe asthma symptoms, as it provides both bronchodilation and anti-inflammatory effects, so it's recommended to continue with Duolin inhaler as advised by your doctor.

View allI'm really worried about my dad. He's got asthma, just like his dad did, and Im not sure, but is having a cold related to asthma? Hes had a runny nose for about 15 days now. Could this be because of his asthma, or do you think it might be something else? What should we do?
its because of asthma , avoid cold weather

I'm really worried about my dad; hes been in the ICU for 12 days now with this new type of pneumonia the doctors mentioned. There's still no improvement in his condition, and hes on a ventilator to support his breathing. It all started with a cough and a fever, so we thought it was swine flu and took him to the hospital, but the swine flu test was negative, and his heart seems fine. But hes still struggling to breathe normally. They said something about fluid in his oxygen pathways or possibly ARDS. Im really confused and unsure of what to do next, and I could send you his medical reports and prescriptions if that helps. Any advice would be really appreciated.

So, all my lung and chest reports came back normal, but I'm still experiencing shortness of breath. Could there be any reason for this? I had asymptomatic COVID, but it's been a while since I recovered. Why might this be happening?
gastritis
