I'm a bit concerned after hearing that my recent chest X-ray showed prominent bronchovascular markings in my lungs. Could you explain what this means and how it might affect my health? I'm an ex-smoker, having smoked about 510 cigarettes a month for 56 years, and I quit just a month ago. I've been told to take monticope tablets for a month, and I've noticed I'm about 50% better now. But the doctor said to stop after one month, even though my pharmacist suggested continuing for another month for better results. I'm a bit confused about what to do should I stick to my doctors advice or follow the pharmacist's recommendation? Id really appreciate your thoughts on this.

I've been experiencing this issue where I cough up blood sometimes in the morning. I went to the doctor, and they said all my tests like blood work and X-ray look fine, even checked my bulgum. But I constantly feel like I have a cough stuck in my throat area. What could be causing this if all my reports are fine? Should I be worried about something else?
