I'm a bit concerned after getting my covid test results. When I took the test, I had a cough, and my CT value was 21. Now, I don't have any cold or cough symptoms anymore. Is this something I should be worried about? What do you think?

A CT value of 21 indicates a high viral load at the time of testing. Since you no longer have cold or cough symptoms, it is a good sign that your body has likely fought off the infection. However, it is still important to monitor your symptoms and follow up with your healthcare provider for further guidance. In the meantime, you can consider taking a course of antibiotics like Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 5 days to prevent any secondary bacterial infections.

View allI'm really worried because my pet dog bit my hand today and it's bleeding. I got three doses of the vaccine about eight months ago and then got another dose just two days before this happened. That makes it a total of five doses I've had so far. Do you think I should get vaccinated again?
Yes you have to take one more booster dose 14 days after exposure.

I'm a bit confused about my Widal test results. The report shows typhi O and typhi H at 180 positives, while paratyphi A and B are both 120 negatives. Does this mean I have typhoid or not? I'm worried and would really appreciate your advice on what these results indicate.

Hey, I had a question about Rabipur injections. So basically, I got 5 shots of it around 14 years ago. I'm wondering if I need to get a booster dose now, and if it's something that lasts for life. Also, how many doses are we usually supposed to get anyway? Appreciate any advice!
It provides immunity for 10yrs.But if you have doubts of exposure to dogs, then getting a booster is no harm.
