I'm a bit concerned about my CBC report results. The PDW is at 19.3, the MPV is showing 13.1, and the PLCR is 51.0, which I learned are high values. What could this mean for my health? Should I be worried, and what steps should I take next?

I recently got my blood test results and I'm a bit concerned about a few things that came up. The report shows that my PDW (platelet distribution width) is 18.9fl, which is 3.7 points above the normal range. My MPV (mean platelet volume) is also 1.5 points higher than it should be, and the PLCR (platelet to large cell ratio) is elevated by 11.5 points. But the MCV (mean corpuscular volume) seems to be normal. Could you help me understand what these high numbers mean? Is this something I should be worried about?
